Before starting MM&T, Dave was President & CEO of John O. Todd Services, a multi-billion dollar firm specializing in non-qualified pension planning for Fortune 500 companies. He also oversaw nine data centers as EVP & COO of FBC, Incorporated, a service bureau for Northeastern financial institutions.
When talk of Y2K began, Dave anticipated the growing role technology would play in the future of banking operations, as well as the new, complex laws and regulations to follow. In 1987, Dave founded MM&T to help financial institutions deal with these new realities—offering innovative, affordable solutions for managing regulatory compliance requirements.
